ATM Hub Construction Across Kurdistan Region-Iraq
As part of the strategic initiative of the Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) 9th Cabinet to digitize the payroll of governmental employees, significant efforts have been made to modernize and streamline financial transactions. This initiative includes the construction of numerous ATM stands across the Kurdistan Region by B.I.M, facilitating easy and secure access to salaries for public and private sector’s employees. The deployment of these ATM stands aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of the payroll system and promote financial inclusion by providing banking services to previously underserved areas.

Service and Maintenance of ATM Hubs Across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
As part of our commitment to reliable and secure maintenance services, we maintain the MyAccount Programmer’s ATM hubs across Kurdistan with meticulous care. We provide weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual maintenance services, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any issues that may arise. Our comprehensive maintenance regimen includes regular inspections, software updates, and hardware repairs to prevent any potential malfunctions. In addition, we monitor CCTV cameras in our operations rooms to promptly detect and address emergencies, ensuring the security of the ATMs and the safety of users. Our repair teams are on standby to handle any maintenance issues swiftly, from fixing software glitches to replacing damaged components. This proactive approach allows us to respond swiftly to any incidents, minimizing downtime and maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. My Account Project
My Account Project is a one of the most strategic initiatives of KRG's 9th Cabinet aimed to digitize the payroll of governmental employees. BIM was responsible for the construction of the ATM stands across the Kurdistan Region.
Seven Towers
This substantial residential and commercial development in Erbil, Iraq, spans 22,600 square meters. The project comprises seven towers, each containing 1,653 residential units and2,500 square meters of commercial space, along with a three-story car park accommodating1,800 vehicles. Expected to be completed within 4-5 years, this development is set to significantly enhance the local real estate market.
Zom Factory
The largest and only dairy project in Iraq, producing 100% natural dairy products from local cows. B.I.M demonstrated its construction expertise and innovative ideas by establishing a modern dairy factory, installing machinery and equipment with the assistance of foreign experts, and implementing an efficient management system encompassing milk collection, production flow, and marketing policy. This project underscores B.I.M’s dedication to improving the efficiency of the dairy industry in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
